Ghost of Retail Past, Except... It's ALIVE!
The sad day-before-Christmas story of stumbling on one of the few remaining Sears stores that hasn't closed.

A not-so-funny thing happened today – the day before Christmas – on our way to the Jumpity Bumpity kids’ play area in a Concord, CA mall with our grandsons: We ran into one of the eight Sears stores still open for business.
Well, it’s sort of in business…
This was just about noon in an otherwise busy mall. Again – the day before Christmas. The pictures tell the story….
Last one out turn off the lights… and to all a good night!
