Frequently the best part is seeing how much $ the C Suite sucks out of the low margin business. They are typically among those few getting rich from the deal (along with the "helpers").

For many in management it is a long awaited pay day IF they are able to get any cash out. Often it is no cash just more illiquid equity shares that must vest over time but ow have a public market valuation that they can look at daily and borrow more easily against than a prviate market valued equity stake up to a samll percentage of the total value (now that banks like SVB are gone, lol)

Sure, it can cut both ways but I was not citing "management" as much as the more common C suite disclosure - "For the fiscal year ended December 28, 2022, our last completed fiscal year, the annual total compensation of the individual identified as the

median compensated employee of the Company (excluding our CEO) was $16,388. The annual total compensation of our CEO, as reported in

the Summary Compensation Table, above, was $3,345,836. Pursuant to Item 402(u) of Regulation S-K the resulting ratio to the compensation of

our median compensated employee is 204 to 1"
