Just further proof that the US Government could screw up anything harder than a free lunch

I had a friend buy Amoxycillin while overseas. It's cheaper than candy in Asia.

Good one Herb. I read somewhere that the common ADHD drugs are going to be generic soon. That will be big. I am not generally a big fan of the Biden administration but they have some good people like Lina Khan who are standing up for ordinary people against corporate interests. Going after monopolies etc

Generic drugs only make up about 15% of total drug costs. CVS will still handle the specialty meds, but at least the PBMs are unbundling. Good Rx averages spread pricing of other PBMs and pharmacies actually lose money with those transactions. Some stores, like Kroger, now refuse Good Rx. I work for a pass through PBM, Prescryptive Health which also shows you a cash negotiated pharmacy price along with your copay, and that shows your employer spend as well. We only market to businesses looking for a PBM, not the general public. We do beat Cost Plus on prices. Not sure when we will do an IPO, if ever.

Will keep an eye out for it. Thanks for the insight. What's clear is that a bunch is going on beneath the surface!
